Returns Policy

Should a customer have reason to return a costume they must enclose their: name, address, order number and a returns code (generated by filling the returns form online or by contacting us). This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Returns or refunds will be applicable only if we are in agreement with the reason for dissatisfaction.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. This will be similar for refunds with other methods of payment; if paid by bank transfer, refunds will go back to your bank account and if paid by cash, we shall issue a cheque.

Please note that we do not encourage the type of shopping where more than one item is purchased with the intent of trying them on and keeping just one. If a customer requires advice on sizes or styles they can contact our customer support for assistance.

Returns Policy Terms and Conditions:
If a customer wishes to return/exchange a product (within reason) bought on our site we must be notified via email or written letter within 2 working days of receiving the item(s) in question. We'll acknowledge the receipt of the request of return/exchange. Items must be returned to us within 2 working days after receipt of our consent. In case of a return/exchange of a product, inward and outward shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. When a customer returns a product, they will need to courier it on a ‘paid courier charges basis’, else the product will not be received by us. Once we accept to exchange the product, it will be shipped to the customer on a ‘to pay’ basis for courier charges.

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. Returns must include all parts of the original item to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn. Costumes must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days. Shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the costume only.

If goods have a manufacturing defect or there is a mistake in the consignment (size, colour, etc) we shall bear the costs for exchange of the products. This will include the return shipping charges.

For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges for personal items such as - False Teeth, Masks, Wigs, Stockings, Tights, Underwear, etc.

The customer’s statutory rights are not affected.

NOTE: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
