We offer FREE shipping on all orders over Rs. 1500/- in India.
At TheCostumeShop.in you can book your order online and pay for it by credit, debit or cash card. For customers in India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies.
Alternatively, you can also choose the Bank Transfer Option when purchasing a product. We will then e-mail you our bank details. Once we have received the payment, we will dispatch the product to your shipping address.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service wherein you can book your product online and opt to pay on delivery of the product. In this case you will be agreeing to pay a surcharge of Rs. 250/- per order placed.
In some states like Maharashtra, customers may need to pay an Octroi charge to the courier company. The Octroi charges are not included in our product prices and need to be paid to the courier company separately at the time of delivery. Octroi is usually of a minimal amount and varies from state to state and package to package.
Please note that all packages must be signed for and therefore we request you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items. Also ensure that you enter your entire postal address, including any major landmarks and the postal code. This will ensure timely and fuss-free delivery.

Please note all orders below Rs. 1500/- will be required to pay a shipping charge of Rs 300/-, over and above the product prices.
Delivery of product will be made within 4 - 5 working days, for any city in India except North Eastern states and the J&K Ladakh region. Shipping to all major metros and mini-metros in India will be done within 2 - 3 working days. For other shipping destinations please contact us.
Please note that 99% of our packages are delivered within the specified times given, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or any distress caused as a result of a package not arriving on time. We use a third party courier with a great reputation, however, on rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers.
